ive changed the size of the font on the forum and now its really small and its barely readable. i lent or pressed on something as i was scrolling down does anybody know how to put it back

hold down ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel.

Alternatively goto the menu bar at the top of your browser "View > Text Size > Medium"
