Spurs were the first British team to win a European trophy, the Cup Winners' Cup in 1963.

The first Spurs Arsenal match was on 19 November 1887. Spurs won 2-1, but Arsenal scored first; a "lucky" goal according to the match report.

I'm sure that Spurs have never won 5-0 at Highbury.

Although I had the pleasure of being present when we won 5-0 at WHL (I was a young child obviously)

Eastenders was quite good, Grant Mitchell did Beales wife over a desk, stacey tried to sell little mo some rather fetching lingerie, and little ben stood up to the school bullies.... I didnt watch Holby though, maybe someone else can help you out on that one ....

Dont worry though, next season you will be able to keep up to date with all the soaps Wink

"...Grant Mitchell did Beales wife over a desk..."

Did WHAT exactly?

Nemesis, it was Boxing Day 1978, and the venue was White shite Lane.

"Hark now hear the Arsenal sing, the Tottenham run away,

And we will sing for evermore because of Boxing Day."

Alan Sunderland scored a hat-trick, Frank Stapleton scored one.

And Liam Brady scored a curler that was shown on MOTT for years afterwards during the intro.

All adding up to Totts. 0-5 Gooners  thumbs up

I know, but the point was that we did it first, and your win was at home.
