Won't even let 2nd guy log in on Pokerstars if 1st guy is there already.

Myself, Flushie and Alfa found a way around this.

Dial up gives you a different IP address.

Sign up to a "pay as you go" ISP, one of you log in on dial up and away you go.

You can get multiple IP addresses from your ISP on broadband, but you need a router to take advantage of this.
