If he has lonish blondish hair, a grey, green, and blue wooly hat, khaki trousers, a red USA hoody, and a bottle of beer in his hand... then he's currently sitting on 15,625.

Oh yeah, and I just saw him fold 7-4 off, so he's a little bit crazy too.

Well, according to the seat listing, and given that he hasn't changed seats, this is Knappen.

Am I right?

If so, then he has 3k and seems to be struggling somewhat.
