And Carlosgutten, who's been inactive for, oh, ten minutes, eliminates Fatcat, who made a short-stack move with which turned out to be in trouble when Carlos' hit the flop, and the turn sealed his fate.

There are quite a few online players in today's comp, although I have no idea where these guys play.

Any clues, folks?

FourFinger - a 'clue' is meant to be a subtle hint - I think you just gave the game away.  Snoopy would never have got there on his own.

8mm is OUT

His A-J ran into Johnny Lodden's A-Q, whose stack increases even more.

2-8-K-9-6

So, 8mm is a gonna, but he went to great lengths to give it his best shot.  Roll Eyes

I've just had a word with the two fellas in question, and they assured me that they play at Ladbrokes.

So yes, Fourfinger was correct.

Watch out Poirot.

And Carlosgutten knocks out Lystig in 15th place:

On a board of , Lystig pushed in the remainder of his stack.  Carlosgutten called -
Lystig showed:  three clubs (it could be worse)
Carlosgutten showed:  (one wonders why he thought for that 30 seconds)
Turn:    (and no tension for the river, therefore).
