Right folkss, I'll start the thread again but I will be bolting to watch the football and then we'll se what happens from there.

I am led to believe that Laz will be doing the updates today and I even heard there is a possibility of pictures today - its exciting.

In the Southside of Glasgow, 10 poker warriors will meet to play for a prize pool just over 8.5 k.  We have a few Blondes still left in the competition, and it promises to be an exciting day.

Right now I am off for a breakfast, unfortunately not a CinCin job but have no fear its full heart attack on a plate with sausage, bacon, egg, black pudding, tattie scone, beans, fried bread and mushrooms!!  I can smell it from here.

Good luck to whoever takes over the upddate duties from Rod Paradise who done an excellent job last night/

Right, first off i must apologies to my good good friend Steph (Teacake)....he is starting the final table today as joint chip leader on 85,000 chips (Avg, 52,000....Blinds 3000/6000)

My apology is that i cant make it to CinCins today till about 4:30pm, by which time i predict it should be all over.

Steph and myself started out playing together at our home game a few years back now, and we have both grown together, not only as Poker buddies and official Rail birds for each other, but also as good friends.

I am really saddened that i will not be there today to see Teacake play his biggest SnG to date, with a first prize of £2,500

Steph, i will be rooting for you today mate, and am Glad that Laz will be there to support you.

All the best and Good Luck!

PS, i would also like to say a very big congrats to Tess for also making the final table today with 30,000 chips, you know if anyone can play the short stack she can, fresh from her third place at the Woman's Poker Open Grand final, she is another i predict with be at the Final for the duration.

Good luck to both, and Shuffle up and Deal!

I have not made it to the club yet, but the latest news I have is that Teacake has 90K chips and there are 8 players left.

...good luck to all the blondes left in! Good luck Teacake ... any chance of some updates as to the latest position for someone (Laz or Scottish Dave if you're at the club?)

Thanks and good luck

I've just arrived in Cincinnatis to here Mr. Mad Marty announce over the intercom that Steph (Teacake) was all-in.

He had AK, his opponent had K9.

Marty announced the cards one by one. The fifth one to be dealt in te middle was the heart breaking 9 that sent Steph out in 5th position.

He is gutted, I don't quite know what to say. I'll give him a minute, I'm sure he'll be fine.

Sorry Rod, using this as other Pc went connection funny and I can't figure out how to log you out.

Paul Hendry out in 4th. A10 vs AQ crippled him and he was all-in in the blind with 48o.

3 left, Tillerman is there.
