I'm not very happy about this.  I finally got reconnected after 10 minutes or so, by which time (as it was a speed table), I had just gone all in on the bb with T2 off and so ended my game.  One other player on the table had been disconnected too.

I contacted live manager to see about getting a refund, but after a bit of looking around she said it was a local area connection problem so nothing they could do.  Is this just something I have to put down to bad luck, or is there anything I can do?  Not had any connection problems before.

I think you have to put this down to experience. I used to have this happen regardless of which room I was playing in. I now have a more expensive ISP and havent been off line this year. I sympathise though as it feels like you have just been ripped off but have no one to blame

I have been connected to the blonde Cardroom all morning without problems.

The internet is a weird & wonferful thing, but it's far from perfect yet. But it is a miracle, & a mystery to me, how such a fantastic thing (Web Access) is free!

he he, weird thing happened to me this morning  playing cash - I could see the table, and my cards, but had no buttons to press, meanwhile it had dealt me A A, and the flop came Ace high, first to act, couldnt get any buttons to press heheh, luckily it checked me, some muppet bet out and as if by magic, my "slow play" button came back !

I got dealt one card on Party recently.  I have enough trouble when I get two of them, let alone one.

Happened to me once - ended up blinded out with the help telling me I was away from the table. well annoying, but not happened again.

We had a table balancing problem on the blonde comp last night too.

All of these issues are being taken to the very top of the techies and we are going to be getting responses.

I'm glad it didnt cost you any money Laz.

I never noticed the table balancing problem last night.

Two tables left, one of 6 one of 9.

The table of 9 had 3 players knocked out before I could get one of their technical team to view what was happening so he thinks I'm nuts.

Writing a report about it now.
