My Vegas trip and wedding

Got back a couple of days ago from my first ever trip to Vegas - what a fabulous place! Loved the card room at Caesars Palace and managed to win a few hundred dollars in the small stakes NL cash games. Unfortunately their regular tournaments were cancelled as they were running WSOP qualifiers throughout our time there. I entered one tournament in another casino and finished just outside the money. I could have spent hours more in the card rooms but Gary (new hubby) isn't into poker/gambling at all and, given that the main purpose of our trip was the wedding/honeymoon, I didn't want to disappear too often!
On Monday we headed off to the Valley of Fire State Park for the nuptuals and had a fantastic afternoon - couldn't have asked for a nicer setting. If anyone wants a nosey at some (non-professional) pics, here is a link (you'll need to create an account and sign in if you want to see them all):

All in all, a great experience, and I'm looking forward very much to returning again, and perhaps spending a little more time at the tables (need to start entering these WSOP qualifiers!).

Nice one Claire, congrats, and you will really have to work on your new hubby with the poker

Glad you had a good trip and liked the photos, thinking of ordering a mug with one on.
PS Ace2m is right he does look like Howard Lederer!

Thanks for the good wishes everyone.
I didn't know who Howard Lederer was, but have googled him and yes - he is a lookalike!
