i dont understand what that means

but limping in then calling a raise out of position with Ace Rag to a player with more chips than you

then check calling a gutshot on the flop

then calling for all his chips with 4 outs on the river

 is terrible play to me

even if he did have +EV

His value bet on the river was also pointless.

Q - Who bets their last $0.01 in a tournament with less than the nuts?

A - Pretty much everyone

expected banter value

Not the worst in the world though, on river he has 7 outs.
Still a terrible call, but not world class bad.

That is disgusting, it’s so bad you just gotta laugh.

Although he had 7 outs, there’s no way he could believe the ace was a clean one, mind you, it didn’t really matter to him. He was staying no matter what.

Go look for him playing the cash tables

That's rather outrageously poor play. I'd happily track him down for a game though.

If you went all in, he most probably wouldn't have called. But cos you took the piss and left $0.01 he thought " I know, I'll show you!!!" and called for what Fergus said was "EBV".

Could it be that in a $5 MTT he was just having a laugh?

£2.70 isn't a lot of money to some players.

No me, of course.  I'd kill for a £2.70 win at the moment.

It was pretty poor but he did have more than the 4 outs u stated, if u take into account the ace but even at that still horrendous, altho got to consider it was only a $5 sit n go and not everybody takes them so serious-just keep playin solid and you'll win most of the time

Ill jump on bandwagon tho with my bad beat and horrendous call from an opponent-

Cash Game $1/$2 im in late position- guy raises to $8 I have  some people might think this is a fishy play but I love medium suited connectors in late position cuz if u hit its a chance to break your opponent but anyway I call and sb and bb both fold

Flop comes

Guy immediately bets out  $35 into a $19 pot- looks especially fishy and I think for a minute if he has me outkicked or has AA or A 10 but decide if he has good luck to him im not folding my trips so I decide to overplay my hand and go all in for remaining $110- guy has to pay £75 to win £164 thats in the pot,

so although he is getting 2 to 1 on the pot he must realise ive got the 10 at least-he thinks for a while which means I know he doesnt have the boat and really want a call, he calls, turn  river    he turns over  two spades to show the nut flush and im destroyed and he wins big pot,

I mean even If I have one of the other aces Im always going to have him outkicked with him only havin a 2 kicker but my all in shows ive got at least the 10,

Ive checked on card player calculator and he was a 10% chance to win hand, its the last cash game ive played online and I dont think im gonna play anymore cuz I cant handle plays like that for  over $200 pots

Rant over
