Starting weight this year 11st 9lbs, then 11st 7lbs, followed by 11st 6lbs.
This morning 11st 7lbs.
Shed that pesky lb that I gained last week at this morning's weigh-in. 11st 6lbs. No news is good news right? 11st 6lbs. 11st 5lbs.

A plateau suggests you can't go any higher. I'm fairly confident you get back up to 14st with a bit of effort on GC day.

11 March - 12:13:8 Small loss this week, great to be below 13:00 stone. Made the mistake this week of buying crisps / biscuits for first time since challenge began. Discipline was not good! As a result , ended up doing more exercise to compensate so small loss this week is big win and lesson learned.
