And this is the finished product with some coriander thrown on top. Presentation isn't brilliant, don't have any fancy plates to put it on, and I like having the curry and rice side by side so that doesn't look good either.
Tasted lovely, quite spicy as i put quite a bit of chili in there

'twas a Chinese mate ... I know you hate it
Had a chicken breast curry with chips
... jane had sweet & sour chicken , egg flied lice and plawn clacker
pfft, won't be as nice as mine
chicken/onions/peppers done and thrown in. needs an hour to simmer now. will post a pic at end
Schoolboy error there Nana, onions need to sweat so you should fry them first before you add the tomatoes.

The tomatoes were the first thing in the pan to get them reduced. I then added the other things to make up the sauce.
Whilst this was simmering away I stir fried the onions/peppers in the wok. After about 5 mins these were transferred to the main pan. Then stir fry chicken and add that to main pan.

And this is the finished product with some coriander thrown on top. Presentation isn't brilliant, don't have any fancy plates to put it on, and I like having the curry and rice side by side so that doesn't look good either.
Tasted lovely, quite spicy as i put quite a bit of chili in there
that looks amazing. will you be my toyboy please?
