I said to Boshi just before this game started "The way the footy has gone for me today, City will be 8-0 up at half time" ... It could well be a good prediction !

Action on table 45.

Iain Bowdon bets 800 and is called by Paul Hardy.

Flop:

Iain leads out for 1,000 and Paul moves all-in for another 6.5K

Ian dwells and then decides to fold.

Paul shows and is up to 9.5K

Yes.

He has 12k, and says "Tell Vinny thanks for the phone call" Wink

India Storrar has a very impressive stack of chips and has obviously been busy so far today.  She leads out to 425 and Shola Akindele raises to 1,200.  Umar Khan in seat 1 calls and India decides to let this one go.  Flop:

Umar checks, and Shola leads out for 2,000.  Umar quickly moves all-in for 12K, and he has enough to cripple Shola if not cover her.  After a very long dwell and serious consideration, Shola slides her cards over the line towards the muck.  The dealer slides the not unsubstantial pot over to Umar who flips over for TPTK.

When you have 88 and your oppo has QQ and all the chips go in pre flop, i suppose the best you can ask for is a flop of 7 8 8 !!

Jigar Desai had the 88

Sandeep Shah had the Queens

Still in though.
