Don't be ridic! If it's out and about, it's left to all the wilds of the loo. When there's only a wee bit hanging at the bottom, ya know it's safely landing to ya clean and tidy.
Anyway, nevermind that...I have sander issues ffs! Much more important - so get cracking with useful info on that.

How small is your loo FFS? unless your loo roll is hanging directly in the loo there really isn't an issue there.
And there are no "more important issues"..this needs sorted first damnit!

Seriously. Jack is in google mode looking to buy one as we speak. First link he gave me was for a Bosch. From what I've ever known, the household DIY line from Bosch is generally shite. True or false? HELP!!!

There;
http://currentconfig.com/2005/02/22/essential-life-lesson-1-over-is-right-under-is-wrong/
http://mediocremum.com/2011/02/10/is-there-a-correct-way-to-hang-a-loo-roll/
Now I understand there might be some obscure websites out there that might disagree but these two are top when it comes to the google search and therefore must be correct.
End off!

And let's say you were going about buying one...which would you choose?

what are you sanding? You can't just "buy a sander"..you have to think about what you'll use it for first FFS.

Stripping walls of wallpaper. Will then need to sand the few straggling bits off so as not to damage the wall by grinding too much with scraper. Lots of walls to do. Lots of dust. Need one with the wee dust bag at the back of it.

Why not use a steam scraper?
you could use a power sander or multi sander but you'll still get LOADS of dust.

Or..a bit pricey but REALLY nice

Or you could use a pole sander.
MUCH more effort but much less dust

Cough. You don't pay attention do ya? I did mention Random Orbital Sander in me first post regarding this topic. Anything else is either hard work or messy. So need clues as to best for household DIY jobs...like the one I'm tackling today. Always ever dealt with heavy duty power tools. Never went about purchasing something for the home before, hence the brain freeze by me.
Have a steamer thingy I'm about to try and use. Score walls a bit, steam, then scrape. How hard could it be?

Why not hire one instead of buying?
