Alex he was tilting me so much - got inside my head.

Off to reg the 2.5k. Feeling good, had a civilised meal with my friends last night that causes the reschedule - and I didn't have a drink;a only due to fact I was on it Thurs and Friday and recovery time not what it was. So faded XS with boys and ready to go. Will post receipt on FB when regged. Gl us

I busted $2.5k. Full update and numbers later. I jumped in the daily $235 for morale -not on stake but I'm freerolling you 50% action as you're a good bunch and for Karma. So 50% of any cash added to total returns then % applied. There's $53k up top

Here are the numbers

Tournes played: 9/$14,300
Refunds / Reschedule: $3500
Tournes  Scheduled: 3/ $12580
Returns: $3150 + $250 freeroll = $3400

I will be playing the $1111 from the refunds tomorrow only. I will allow two/three bullets as I think it could be mental, however will make a judgment based in how many maniacs at table.

Rear thought we may have got out with the freeroll last night. For those of you not on Facebook lost a 1m pot to quads to bust 92/1500

Still feeling good, altho obviously disappointed with how it's gone so far. Most important thing is to remain focused for Main Event and we still have four shots, maybe five if we play Carnivale Main

Thanks for your support and messages

We've done three bullets by end if level three - singularly the most tilting 24 hrs of my poker life - I am sort of smiling....well I would be if you guys didn't have a piece.

I really can't be arsed to post hands - they're on the Facebook group if your interested, however can 100% say I didn't play one hand wrong today - probably for first time this trip

So, refunds gone bar $167 which I will round up to $200 with MU and add to returns so dead.

So current status

Returns $3600 (inc $167 refunds at 1.2)

Tourneys remaining 3/$12580

WSOP 1500
Main 10000
Caesars 1080

Stakes used $17633

Never in doubt, but after a horror schedule, that showed mettle & character.

Well done Shaun.

Well, what can I say about today? It has undoubtedly been the toughest day of poker I have ever played. Started day with 117k, peaked at 165k and went as low as 65k in the last level.

Table was incredibly tough - online high stakes MTT players all day, including badbeatslayer, pearl jammer, and a couple of others - then others rocking up.

Disappointed with middle levels, pearl jammer absolutely put me in a coffin, completely outclassed me and forced me into at least three mistakes. Was really disappointed - as usually the one thing I have going for me is "self awareness" - and I can spot when people are technically better than me (many are) and adjust to give myself some chance. However during levels three and four today I played to many pots oop v him and got owned. You can see the pain in my face in Tikays pics on blonde Wsop thread.

Anyway, Kev and Sam said a couple of little things in last break which really helped. Regained some composure after dropping to 65k and managed to get back to 137,900 at the end, without showdown. So we end the day on a high and the dream is still alive.

Good luck everyone still in, especially Kev who's just a legend. We're doing it for the crab Smiley
