Thanks guys.. Smiley

To the Moortown rabble: -  I probably won't be down there again till the 'Moortown Masters' £50 F/O event..Working late shifts till then but am registered for it already. Should be a laugh..and with Simon Trumper headed down there..and rumours of a bounty, could be interesting!

Thanks again for the Birthday messages..and Happy Birthday to those who share my Birthday too!

Swan.

Do you play that at work too? Tongue

Not at work, couldn't get away with that...tend to waste my days off on it though! Craving for the approval of my board of directors...desperately grovelling for world class players to join my pitifully under-achieving club...And then getting p'd off  and ending up creating another profile so i can cheat and quadruple my transfer budget.  dad dont dance

I am pretty sure any profits would be divided up between the members.

..And THAT..is exactly what I wanted to hear.
Seriously tho, it should be fun...and good to be involved in regardless of financial gains etc...Beats spending days on end vegetating in front of 'Football Manager'.

Been looking at the official site..and can't quite figure out if it could be viewed as an investment opportunity. What I mean is, if the club we buy gets promoted to a higher league or makes substantial amount of money...who's going to benefit financially in the long run?
Is this going to make me rich? (Please say yes, and don't spoil the fantasy). dont river me

Well..I think Liverpool will win..and pretty comfortably. I have placed a couple of wagers on it..although nothing that I can't afford to lose Wink
3-1 odds were too good to resist..so I'm hoping for 0-2 or 1-2, and Steven Gerrard scoring first would be a welcome bonus.

Realistically, I should probably stick a fiver on Chelsea 3-0 as a consolation.....

Tickets for Leeds v QPR. only £15

Or you could save the £15, and simply tune into MOTD Championship to see the highlights of Leeds's convincing home win.  Wink

FYP, awful error Luce

LOL..You got my point though yes? I think it's admirable really, your loyalty in the face of such adversity...Hey, at least the tickets will be cheaper when they're in League 1!  thumbs up

I've seen a gorgeous 3/4 length coat in Harvey Nics...If you're still stuck for something to buy, I'd happily let you purchase said coat for me.

Cheers Tighty,

Though Saville was confirmed as somewhat "eccentric".

Lol, yes I think 'eccentric' is possibly an understatement. I know a few things about Ol' Jimmy that would suprise you..and possible turn your stomach lol..Wouldn't be right to air them on here though. Lips Sealed

He runs round roundhay park and ring road daily, does your story involve the woods around there? Tongue

Now then, Now then Acid....
No..but you're on the right lines (sort of)...I'll tell you next time I see you at Moortown.
