Wouldn't be a snap fold. But I would probably fold here without reads and given the tournament.

bet flop and i probably get it in.
turn is tougher. i probably check fold

I would lean towards folding here

Good luck to Steve Warburton for tomorrow!

Definitely the only option here. If you have 77+ you can probably raise/call. Raise/call with 66 would probably be profitable but if the BB peels a lot I would just shove. 44 definitely an easy shove.

I was potting all non spades below a 6, and all clubs when I call the flop, what you tihnk of that?. c/f everything else (he will prolly chk turn back a small %)

I def like this plan, especially if hes shortstack on the bubble. I think also live players will find a fold more often than online players in this spot on the turn...

was he a good player? how aggressive?

Looks like a tough spot. I think it wud be terrible for villain to bet-fold here. so maybe your hand sucks against his range, but then its the bubble so maybe he can find a bet-fold

seems like a close spot. probably need more information. Were there any other short stacks at the table? how has he been playing towards the bubble? definitely a big factor when the bubble is just 8-9 ppl left...

yes preflop and flop is fine, very standard.
9  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: Shove or flat? on: January 28, 2012, 08:51:25 PM
was gonna say 3-bet (then call off), but because of the sizing definitely shove.
10  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: bad spot to take a stand? on: January 28, 2012, 08:48:24 PM
i think a call pre is perfectly fine: its 3 handed, u opened the button, villain is LAG, with 180bb theres still room for play. as long as you hav a plan postflop and not jsut fold every flop this is fine.

the HH confuses me, theres supposed to be 147 in the pot?? so hes jamming 107 into 147?? this is a call IMO.

apologies if im wrong with pot calculations im new to the forums....
11  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: To shove or not to shove.... on: January 27, 2012, 05:50:39 PM
definitely have to shove this in rebuy. u prob get call by a lot of k in his hand. if he bet bigger nearer the pot then u should prob call

with the image and history you mentionned, i think it would be a mistake to 4-bet and then fold with QQ. so i think i would just ship it in here and pray he has ak or jj, or a rare bluff
