too many players over-rate JJ and AK, therefore overplay it ITS TRUE! they expect them to hold up often....which they dont. If you want a tip limp with JJ unless in mid-late position its made me win more with jacks by a long way...it traps people with hands like AT and A9.

My worst hand? Gotta be A9, its basically ace-rag cost me too much from where people have also limped with AT or AJ

A lot of people ask me, what does golferscrote mean and i say, well, im a golfer and when i was younger an adult described me as a "scrote" as in scrotum, and it kinda stuck...so there you have it YA SCROTE'S!!!
11  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: The Sit n' Go Cardinal Rules - Contains Strong Insults to Myself! on: August 08, 2005, 01:20:10 PM
this is brilliant i like it, i did a similar thing on my PC which was titled "when im losing"

I dont agree with your point about only playing solid hands just before the prizes and not doing any stupid bluffs...this is the best time to play "stupid" because everyone else is playing tight to avoid the bubble TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS.

p.s I dont really mean play stupid just play a lot looser than you usually do and push a lot harder with weaker hands.

in a 9 player sit and go on the net, start with 1500 chips, 2nd hand a players is down to 10 chips. Turns out heads-up me vs her i have 2000 chips and she has 10500 and goes on to win WOW!

15  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: the good old re-buy frenzy.......how did i get involved? on: August 08, 2005, 12:48:42 PM
oh no, early or mid stages of a rebuy tourney when the rebuys are still available i wouldnt hesitate sticking it allin with AA, thats how you win those tourneys, however, if you have a reasonable amount of chips towards the end of the rebuy period it is pointless going allin against say 4 or more opponents because it is too likely that you could go out at a crucial time of the tourney
