Thanks everyone for all the support. It has beena great relief to me that the 1st event sold out. OK so there were only 197 starters and a sell out is 200, but 3 players couldn't make it on the day for various reasons - one had an unexpected bereavement and two of them were in a car that broke down just outide London en route. Rumour has it that the driver filled his petrol car up with diesel, doh! It's still classed as a sell out.

Transmission on starts in August but the exact date is yet to be determined. 

I was ill earlier in the week and suffered a number of nose bleeds during the day yesterday. What with all the stress of getting it off with as few hitches as possible I didn't really enjoy yesterday but was pleased with the way it went. Have had a good solid 5 hours sleep last night though and am looking forward to day 2.

There's going to be another Poker 6 but its in June, here in Bolton, so unfortunately it does clash with the WSOP.
