no, but it does say 'name an ocean', implying an actual ocean, not a figment of someone's imagination.  If i'd said 'bob ocean - a character that featured in a short story i wrote once' should that be allowed?

I would have thought that Danny and Billy Ocean were the only correct answer as the question asks to name an Ocean. If it were to ask for a body of water, it would use a lower case 'o'.
