Wow, sounds fantastic. Keep us updated on your life over there. The furthest exotic island I reckon I could stretch to is.... Canvey Island. Oh well. Mind you, there's not that much difference between San Fabian and Canvey, as I think my pictures prove.....

Re Visa: you can enter the country without a visa for 21 days providing you have a return ticket. once here you can apply for a 2 month extension, to a maximum of 12 months.

I have gained a Temporary resident visa(renewable once a year) due to bringing in enough funds, after 5 years i can then gain permanent residency.
