Q10 in bb. battle of the blinds, although it happens a fair bit in other positions too. 200nl, just the blinds. We check  in bb.
Villain is standard tag 10 tabler. Doesnt get out of line much, views me as same.

Flop.  two spades

villain bets pot ($4). we call.

turn  . villain pots again, we raise to $24. Villain 3bets to $66. Action on us.

these spots happen all the time and im sure i have a leak here. whats the best option given

 a) we have a 10 kicker in an unraised pot.
b)villain can narrow our range pretty accurately.
 c)villain is bluffing very rarely.

I would raise preflop with position and this hand, in fact i raise atc here often against regs, fk them and their gay limping.

The turn is yuk given he is 10 tabling tag and I would imagine he would just flat all worse q's here imo. I make a really nitty fold, though don't feel good about it, with history that he does this as a bluff, I would flat and snap call most river bets.

raise to 8 preflop all day with a wide range of cards. this will give you a better idea of where you stand.

b) to trips or a bluff..?
c) why? Only if he thinks a bluff makes up little of your range - he's putting in another $54 to win $48. If you're struggling to call with top trips T kicker then surely a bluff (or rebluff) by him is profitable here..?

I'm not really sure I understand the reasoning behind raising the turn on this sort of board. It opens up the possibility of a big pot when you don't really have a big hand. Nothing that you beat is going to play that big pot with you, if villain doesn't think you're getting out of line too much. I don't see that you get less value by flat calling turn and calling/value betting river, where you can get medium pairs etc to come along. And you don't give yourself difficult guessing-game decisions in a really polarised situation, where both players' ranges seem to be made up of bluffs and monsters.

As played I think it's got to be a reluctant fold, thinking that you may well have set yourself up to get bluffed off it.
