The OP is based in Kyrgyzstan.  That in itself isn't a reason for banning them, but we've had a string of similar account register from there and what they do is find an old thread and copy the OP.  Usually it's an innocuous-looking post like this one, and it's easy to let it pass.  What happens though is in a few days, weeks or even months, the OP goes back to the thread and edits his OP.  He'll place links in the post, and they'll often be well hidden.  What they're trying to do is obtain these links to improve their search-engine rankings, even though what they're doing will have limited benefit.

you reckon? it looked like a get to 300 posts post (which it's safe to assume it was as it was done at the same time as at least one staking request on another forum), not a spammy one
