I have located the GetMinted qualifier NabTheAce who is sat on Simon Trumper/ Andy Black's table.  He has 5,000 more than he did a minute ago, having flopped top set of 10s.  The board paired beneath the 10 on the turn, and his opponent bet 3000 (holding the trips).  He tried to raise to 5,000, was made to make it 6, and got a call.  The oddest check of the tournament came on the river when the other guy checked to him, however.... Yes, Chuc Hoang, looks like a Chinese Gentleman, but he's French. He won the E500 at the Deauville EPT Festival, run all over me in the Final. He is THE nicest man you ever met. Bows when he talks to you. I think more of you should do that. Starting with the boy Thewy.

As if Table 1 couldn't get more interesting, Tony Bloom has now joined it next to his business partner Martin De Knijff!!  Roy Brindley was joking that he was doing about as well as the guy who wasn't even there - well now we know who that is... Break in a minute and I am sure there will be more Live and Direct from Table One.

Just seen it !!

At least you had the good sense to provide subdued lighting.

I just realised that my best feature is my bridge-hand !!

So by comparison these dry old chip counts aren't so interesting, but ah well going into first break-

Alexander Kuzmin   17,600
El Blondie              16,100
Simon Trumper      16,000
Andy Black            15,400
Woody Deck          12,900
Barny Boatman       5,000  (apparently lost quite a pot slowplaying aces - update - one of those AA vs KK hands, where Other Guy hit king)
Willie Tann            17,800
Stuart Nash           21,000
Brian Wilson           16,400
Rob Hollink            14,100
Peter Roche         12,300
Devilfish                15,100
Bambos                13,200
Roy Brindley          15,000
Mike Magee           18,000
Abdul Assis            12,300
Alex Todd             18,000
Barry Shulman        14,600
Surinder Sunar       15,500
Jeff Lissandro         5,500
Howard Lederer     14,600
NabTheAce           23,000
Tobey Maguire       10,000 (having flopped a nut flush getting threeway action)

Hehe, REAL interactive, eh?

And the delayed Tony Bloom now saitting next to business partner Martin De Knijff - how spooky is that? They run a Sports Betting Syndicate, anyone can join if they ante up about 25k. They place bets on Premiership matches - HUGE bets, 6 figures regularly. They place the bets in the Far East, where I guess the market is a bit more liquid than in the UK. I mean, imagine trying to get 250,000 on Man Utd v Arsenal at Laddies....! "You can have 75 Sir....."

Players are on the first break of the day now, they have 15 mins after every level.

Dinner is after 3 levels, & they play 5 levels today in total.
