What is he doing?  With only 2 games and 11 days to our opening world cup game he plays ANOTHER player out of position in a formation with the players we have that just DOESNT WORK. Carragher is a superb centre half but a holding midfielder?? dont think he's made a single forward pass. If he insists on playing this silly formation then atleast play players that have some idea of how to play a midfield roll ie Carrick. Any thoughts?? |

Any thoughts?? couldnt agree more - completely out of his depth. and playing high balls to Owen up front on his own - yep very clever!!! We have got some great players in cole gerrard lampard owen and the centre backs - ffs lets get the most out of them. I think unfortunately it probably means playing Crouch upfront in an orthodox 4-4-2 until Rooney is fit |

Id much prefer that to this shambles, Atleat the players seem to know what there doing in a 4-4-2. |

Yes it is a shocker playing a player in a position that he plays in every week. Its Ok the Germans are losing. Ohh and England score ohhhhhhhh must be the Hargreaves effect I reckon. |
