I'd be tempted to go with Ram too. Good choice.

Maybe I'm biased but I go for El Blondie. What was that outrageous final table record he set in 04?

Well he made less finals than Micky did in 2005

Would you say Mickey was better than Dave Flushy?

I've not had the chance to go round the UK circuit, but I would say from the results that I have seen Ram certainly seems to be the ebst player, definately one of the most aggressive.

I don't know tbh.

What makes the 'best player' are we talking cash or comps etc.

I would say the best player in Europe will probably never be European player of the year, to win that title you have to be playing £200 freezeouts in walsall and luton week after week......

I think looking at results is not the best way to gauge the best player. I know Dave C loves his 6 card omaha cash, he could have a great year but not get a single decent tournament result, i think you just have to look at the way players play and the respect they get from thier peers. John Kabbaj is a prime example of this, ask most people to name the top UK player and he would rarely be mentioned, ask players who play against him and he would pop-up a lot more often! A truely class player.
