Good luck to Bhoywonder who put me out in the last 16 in the longest head up match ive been in. Think it took about an hour and 10 mins for it to finish.

Also like to thank Tank and Rod for running this as was fun.

Sorry the updates kinda stopped there.

As the quarters came to a close, Rod's presence was required in a satellite (in which he won - £200) so at least he didn't desert his post for nowt  Cheesy

I couldn't update as there was a dodgy ruling to made, thereafter I needed to keep a much closer eye on things.

The winer was blondes own Denim. Having won all 5 of his matches (no bye for him in the first round) without any dodgy rulings necessary.

He is delighted to have won. I think he's a great heads up player, ideally suited to the format. I have every confidence that he will represent Scotland/Great Britain with pride.

We raised £443 at the end of the day, many thanks to all.

Would give more detail, but I'm out on the piss with the boys.

Well done Denim aka George Mcintosh. Cool

Seems agreat day was had by (almost) all. Well done to Thomas and Rod who organised, promoted the event and ran it for absolutely no gain whatsoever, indeed the seat that was played for was originally given to Thoomas personally by James. Thomas decided (very unselfishly) that more could be done with the seat  .

The day was so successful that I have been approached to organise ICHUC Scottish, Welsh and English Championships. Would love to put them on, however not 100% sure at the moment. Will need to give it some thought.

Very big thanks to Damon and everyone at CinCins  goldstar goldstar goldstar goldstar goldstar

This all bodes very well for the Scottish team in the forthcoming 4 Nations event. Indeed with many getting carried away saying that it will be England or Ireland that will run out the victors, I have a sneaking suspicion that Scotland and Wales will have a big say in where the trophy ends up.

With only one more 'qualification seat'  up for grabs we have a line up that can certainly win in Dublin.

Colchester Kev - Norkway - Team Manager
James Dempsey - Brighton - Captain
Jen Mason - Blondeville - Vice-Captain (ie Tells Kev and James what to do!)
Tony Chessa - Glasgow - Chief of Security
Richard Ruddling-Smith - Cardiff - Head of Food & Beverages
JP Kelly - Luton - Prefect
Clothy - Wigan - BlueSq Qualifier #1
Belsize007 - London - BlueSq Qualifier #2
George McIntosh - Glasgow - CinCins Qualifier

Thanks to everyone who has supported ICHUC so far
