Gus Hansen is in EVERY pot. He a newbie I think. Bushy finds AA, & decides to play them. He Raises, Gus calls.

Flop comes raggity baggity, 2 clubs, one diamond. Bet, call. Turn a second diamond, check check. River the THIRD diamond, Gus backdoors his flush & cracks Gary's Aces. Luckily they both checked the turn, otherwise Gary loses a lot more. Bushy 8k.

I don't know why Gary checked the turn, but he is convinced that Gus woulda called anyway, & so checking saved him a good few thou.

We'd need someone who understands poker to explain that. Or Carlo.

thanks tony, nice lead in....
first table not much fun with bushy, ross & daniel L, am now on a more lively table with oz & DC.
have had aces & queens, both held up, can't grumble.
dinner time, queue for buffet horrendous, can't grumble there either.
feels like summer here!
