I wanted to watch the England game live stream on the BBC (we can get most of Sky but not BBC or ITV)  but as I am currently in Greece, I was unable to do so, presumably as it tracked my IP. I am aware that there is some software that can "realign" my IP address os that I would be able to access this. Any ideas what it is or how I can get it please? I know there are other sites out there that do stream matches etc but due to my job I do need to be very careful with what I downlaod and opening ports, hence why I wuld rather go the BBC route. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Isn't there a way of going via a proxy?

There must be proxy servers out there?

Exactly. But as I say, this is because of my IP address. Although now yo uhave phrased it like that, I kind of feel guilty ofr asking how I get around it! LOL.... no harm in wanting to watch my National side with English Commentary!

you can use the internet-side IP addresses of any ISP as your proxy even if you are not subscribed to them. But then if your using cable modems then some IP checkers get the IP address of the modem which you can not change. there are ways of pretending to be located somewhere but this gets into the realms of hacking territory.....best leave that to Sandra Bullock

Excellent. I found it. For the record, they also have a file that you can donwload and it puts all of the world cup fixutres in to your Oulook! Rock'nRoll. Wish I had seen this yesterday as it appears that is the only England match that they are showing (although maybe the schedule witll change). Thanks for this, great news.
