I just spotted Julian Gardner for the first time today, he has 20k.

Jani Sointula has moved to the Thewy/Chubbs/Marcel Table. That could turn nasty.

Mat Tyler has just irritated his entire table. He was squished in Seat 2, & he asked everyone to move round to give some space. Being mainly French, they ignored him with studied indifference, so he got the dealer to sort it. They all grudgingly moved, but he got a few black looks shot in his direction. Does he give a monkeys? I doubt it.

Stuart Fox 1,600.

John Kabbaj 22,000

Tony G 15,000.

Alan Goreing (that spelt right?) is on Rob Yong's table, & the poor fella has not won a hand all afternoon, & is down to about 4k.

Rob Yong is OUT.

He had AA v K-T, & even picked up 4 to the nut flush on the flop, but K-T man had 2 pair. Rob's Pre-Flop R was 1,200 (blinds 50-100) & the flop came K-T-2, ALL diamonds, & Rob had the A of Diamonds. K-T man moved in, Rob felt he had to call, but he's toast, as the turn & river were both blank hearts. K-T man has 58,000.

Rob was extremely complimentary about K-T man's play. Sort of. Ahem.

That's poker. One day all the way, next day, early bath.

Not sure just yet, Chili - but unfortunately that's accurate.  Something big has happened in the last ten minutes - and not good for Foxy.

would love to hear why Rob raised so much (preusmably because of lots of multi limpers pre flop as described earlier) and whether K10 was in the Blinds

Had Rob shown a lot of "at it" hands to encourage a call such as this?

*********************break***********************

Here's camerashy(?) John Gale with his healthy stack.  He may just be subtly pointing to the flatscreen TV right above his head where the France World Cup match is kind of holding a lot of people's attention (See: Conspiracy Theories of Tikay - why there were more French players playing yesterday   Published 2007)

And here he is in the corridor, ruefully discussing the disastrous with Simon...

And they're retaking their seats - now blinds 100/200.

I leave you with El Blondie, looking like an oasis of calm between the twitchers.  Going for some tea.

A typo? A TPYO? What?

Behave Girlie.

Stu bluffed his stack away, unfortunately, but he's not dead yet.

As for you Girlie, it's not a Debate, right?

I have not answered the Rob Yong hand questions, as we have persuaded Rob to Post his thoughts, which he is inputting right now. From the horses mouth.

The way it played, which is different to how it was first described, Kuskas had, imo, every right to call pre-flop, & Rob "just" got very unlucky. These things happen.

Three days ago, I R'd pre-flop with KK, & Rob busted me with 4-5. It's just Poker, & it stings a bit when you are on the wrong end, but we can't have our cake & eat it. Rob wanted K-T man to call pre-flop.
