Today is tough - may just leave it.
I expect Ukraine to give Spain a good go but its too close to call. You just cant back the spaniards in major comps. - there is not the same interest in their national team as alot of other nations with the religious divide in the country, they don't seem to care. i get the impression for some of the players there is no national pride in getting picked for your country.
Saudis??? vs Tunisia?? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Germans may just get a battle from the poles.
Maybe karabiner's 3 draws might not be too far off today!

Lol, you say zzzzzz but its usually games like this that produce the most entertainment. Both teams know that this is probably their only chance of emerging with a victory in this years world cup and will go all out to win. From a betting point of view though its probably best to leave it well alone!!

Actually Tunisia is one team that I feel is seriously underrated.
I have backed them to win this group @ 12/1 on Betfair.
I like Spain, Tunisia and the Germany/Poland draw for my treble today, it pays about 14/1 on betfair.
PS For those who like betting on a daily treble have a look on Betfair in the World Cup section under accumulators. All the combinations are listed and they are all at much better odds than any bookie would offer.
3 draws pays about 45/1 last time I looked.

I wont be betting today but I fancy Spain and Tunisia also.
The only thing about Germany - Poland is that there will be goals. Germany by a nose for me.

on the back of my perfect prediction yesterday (which o'course I didn't back...):
Tunisia v Saudi HOME WIN Spain v Ukraine HOME WIN Germany v Poland DRAW
I've got a good feeling about the last one, and the odds will be good given the last two results. Costa rica were awful defensively, and the result flattered Germany. Poland are more solid than there first game showed imo.

Before the tournament started I'd picked out two fixtures from the first round of games that I thought were candidates for 0-0 draws. France v Switzerland was one of them and Spain v Ukraine was the other. I'll stick my neck out and go with this view still.
So,
Spain vs Ukraine - Draw Tunisia vs Saudi - Tunisia win Germany vs Poland - Germany win
I agree with much of Jammer's views on the Germany game but they have this irritating habit of getting results despite being awful. German luckbox + Home soil advantage = Too much for Poland, dammit!

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

The reply from behind does show a tug on the shorts but it was never in the box or worthy of a red card.
