Peter Roche steals a preflop raise from Sverre Sundbo with a much bigger preflop raise; Tony G nicks David Rudling's blind again.

Counts coming.. but they are going to be eyeball estimates, from a distance of 6 feet, until the first 'proper' break.

Woody, don't worry, he can and he know what Vikings are. He is from the country which had some fights with vikings and they were defeated by glorious ancestors of Tony Smiley

OK. So the reason he is getting quiet then is because he is just not himself right now. Oh no, he is sensing that his time has come to be part of the smorgasbord (It is actually a swedish word, but we scandies stick together).

David Rudling and Tony G clash again, this time over a K 10 2 6 8 board involving a call of 40k, giving Tony G a few back he had previously lost doubling people up.  He showed the winning hand of K7.

The counts I could physically get into position to make, roughly, are:

Angelo Besnanou 75k
Peter Roche    200k
Moncada       150k
Kanwar         64k

Stuart Nash OUT -

His all-in with KQ was called in the blind by Peter Roche with AK.  Then in a battle of the three-outers, Stuart hit a Q on the flop only for Peter to catch the A on the river.    His 8th place prize:  16,375

The Old Codger here (ENOUGH Kev...), Jen says Sverre Sundbo has 240,000. She's a little smitten with the Norweigans, methinks.......

Sverre and Victor Kanwar get it all in pre-flop. Sverre shows AA, Victor has 3-3.

And how about THIS for a board....

A-7-4-6, and, can you guess the River? Peter Roche shouts "it's not over yet, & he's right - its a FIVE.....!

Sverre back to about 200k.

WOW!

Viktor's remarkable double up takes him to about 120k, according to my (female) spotter.

Sverre must have thought he was home & hosed when the first card to hit the flop was the A.

Russ's recent good luck streak continues in cpc qualifier, flop j68 me 68 him j9 which he decided was good enough to rrraise me with. Turn 5 river 7, its a funny game we all ply our trade in. I fear for you all when my luck turns.....

Tony G bets 35k on the turn, (Ah-Tc-Qd-Jd) & Sverre calls. River is , Sverre chevks, Tony G bets 65k, Sverre calls in a trice, with 2 pair, Aces & Nines, Tony mucks, presumably thinking "well played Sverre".........
