come on guys tight end is taking some uneccessary stick at the moment because of his moderating.

personally i think hes doing a brilliant job of which is a hard and thankless task.



keep up the good work tighty and keep the articles coming theyre great!

Aren't I glad, one because I have been to busy and not around much at the moment to make the difficult decisions and two that TightEnd is around.

Strange that, I had a similar idea, I just thought people might think i was extracting the urine.

Tighty does a great job, long may it continue. I do believe we need a new Tighty smiley to commemorate this thread!!

    it must be a hell of a job doing the right thing all the time, and worst still, trying to figure out what is expectable and what isn’t.
With all the changes taking place on blonde, new task bars, spell checker, people being offended by Jokes and certain words that bring back memories.

MY GOD who wants that job. A BIG UP to all the mods, and yes especially tighty who seems to have had the worst of it over the last few days…

I train moderators for a living and I must say TE is a complete natural. You would also not believe the hours he puts in behind the scnes, totally unpaid. blonde is exceptionally lucky to have him.
