Just read the Broadway casino website. Tournaments start at 21.30. Why do all casinos have such late start times? Most of us mere mortals have work next day. Also as cash games don't get underway until people start dropping out of the tournies a couple of hours revenue is surely missed.

Maybe it is just me but I would like to see 19.30 - 20.00 start times. What do others think?

Two excellent points, defo need more freezeouts, to accomodate the people who actually value their money and want to play a proper structured game from the start.

Totally agree, but the people who do the rotas want to get all the staff they can working till 6 or 7am. I have already voiced my opinion to those above. Two freezeouts a week will shortly be coming to the Broadway. Early days at mo bear with me plz.

i liked the 50 freezeout at walsall but now its changed and the only freezeouts they have is the late night speed one which isnt possible for me to attend very often or the 300 once a month jobbie and if i have not had a good month i cant always bankroll it.
if the broadway has 2 freezeouts a week then i shall be getting a membership there for sure.
thanks for the info dik9. and as the wall says what is the web address. if you dont want to post it because of spamming then send me a pm .
many thanks

I think the bugbear of most on here is not necesarily that comps start at 8.30/9/9.30/whenever but that in the majority of places they start some time after that advertised

I like the Blackpool (i think) approach of punctuality or else...........
