Having just been debating whether to risk calling from work, I noticed the dreaded 'R' word in the first post - might give it a miss now.  If anyone does find out what's involved, please let us know!

Just spoken to Paul (seems a nice Guy) and it's genuine. The show is to air in Sept for 2-3 weeks, be a "Big Brother" style format but (if I remember rightly) no live voting. It will involve loads of mind games etc. and they believe a poker player would suit the part.

Hope that helps some of you decide whether you want to call or not, personally I couldn't/wouldn't do it (nothing to do with the show itself, it's just not me) I think James would suit it, but he's not so keen now.

i would have applied if it wasnt for the big brother stlye show. i dont want to be seen as a freak, nerd, gimp, etc plu si have too many dark secrets which others will exploit for loads of money

I had a "telephone audition" which was good fun and then received a form to complete with photo and usual confirmation that you aren't a criminal etc.
Wouldn't it be funny to get a few Blondes in  the same show. Cheesy
