It still dont make sense as he would have won the hand with a straight and knocked the guy out ... so how could the same guy knock him out next hand ??

early in leve 1 i took down a big pot when I reraised w/ 4/7 and flop came   and I moved all in

cripples w/   , flop   , all in after flop , guy had   , hit the   on the river

exit hand QQ, same guy hit a straight

Dave 'Dubai' Shallow made a late decision to play this event and as of 20 minutes ago he had approx 25k in chips. According to Cardplayer he is in 9th overall, Daniel Negreanu is currently chipleader.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Dubai sat 10th overnight (think there are about 50 left). Just spoke to him and he assures me he is going to bed before getting up to watch the football (and not heading to the bar or spearmint rhino).
