Once the footie is over, we will be covering the Poker 6 from Bolton with a full, parallel, (Lite & Full Fat) Live Update.

It will be snoops & me, so do try & join us, from around 6pm this evening, although I will start the thread as soon as I get to Bolton.

Our thanks to Jonathan Rabb & Blue Square for supporting blonde this weekend, as always. Without their help, we would not be there.

Even more fascinating is this.....

I have decided to get the train to Bolton. Excellent choice, too.

I can go from Derby to Sheffield on Wooly Jumpers plastic thing, then the TransPennine Express to Manchester Piccadilly or Manchester Oxfird Road, then to Bolton by Northern Trains.

Or...Central Trains rattler to Stoke, Wooly Jumpers toy train to Manchester Piccadilly, then the Northern Trains jobbie to Bolton.

Either way, it's 3 trains each way - how exciting!

I will give you full details of the journey, the trains, & exciting incidents later.

Its Bolton ffs, there will only be ONE hotel !!!   Just get a cab from the station and say to the driver ... "hotel please"
