Can see Coventry having a good season. May be worth sticking a few quid on them.

all the relegated teams should be laid at those prices. WBA have the best chance of bouncing straight back to me if I had to pick one

Leicester are a great bet e/w at 16 or 20-1...great form second half of the year once Levein went, two good goalscorers up front and IMO have more chance than Derby (where the rebuilding is only just going to be beginning with no money available). Davies took 2 years to get Preston in shape for a challenge. This is a year too early for that Derby bet

avoid palace without Johnson and Dowie, Norwich (old, crap), Ipswich (rebuilding, no money), Wolves (lost Lescott, he held that defence together)

to go down, lump on Luton too. Newell will be off before long to a big job, the strike force is aging and there is no strength in depth.

Leeds @ 10/1 seems to be a good bet.

They have a very decent squad and if they can sustain there end of season form then should go well.

They got within 3 points of Sheff Utd then completly tailed off at the end of the season, drawing most games. There form was very poor going into the playoffs.

Leeds are a poor team, with an aeverage manager imo I wouldnt bet on them.

I must say that
the Championship is the most interesting league in Britain if not Europe.
Very competitive and honest.

Reminds me of Serie A 5 years ago, you never knew who would win the league, it really was 1 of 7 teams! Fantastic viewing.

I am a Palace fan but as Tighty says we are not starting in the best situation. However, we always have a solution, we lost Morrison were written off, then found Johnson. There is always a very good player waiting in the wings thanks to the excellent youth acadamey.

I heard that Sunderland have now been taken over. If there is some money going in to the club is this worth a punt?
