Really feel for you there Sunday. Is it that, in online poker, we see so many hands that the bad beats seem to out number the good times? Just a thought.

sunday, i dont think i would of called after the turn card to be honest. you have already put him on the straight so you think you are behind anyway and you would of needed the board to pair to win the hand. as it happened you were not behind and got really unlucky. i dont understand the guy putting himself all in to draw to 1 card because like you said if he hit the other end of his straight the board would of showed the best hand.
i think every online poker player has thought about quitting at some point. take a break and come back refreshed. good luck mate

maybe your right Robert i had considered that........but the main thing is my bankroll is showing that im losing.

i had a consistent 12 months where i had setbacks but never any long lasting ones or expensive ones......

As you can tell it really has got to me.......theres only a certain amount i can take and its got to the point where i think ive probably got more chance of winning if i go into corals and put my money on the number 3 dog.

i know its boring to hear other peoples bad beats etc but i gota let go of some steam somewhere other than my wall for once

looking back i keep saying to my poker buddy im getting outdrawn all the time.......and he says theres nothing you can do when your moneys in the pot and your ahead.......90% of my big pots the past 2 months ive been ahead when all/most of the money/chips have gone in.

To rub it in the documentary i was supposed to be filmed in has suspended filming until further notice!

I now have no confidence in my ability to play so therefore gona jack it in and learn something else.

alright dan,

yer although i thought i was behind i think there was around 20k in the pot on the turn, i had 10k in the pot and 15k left

i covered him by about 5k if i lost too it wouldnt be the end of the world! id noticed the guy was a bit loose too and willing to take a stab at things......and like i said you wont see sunday8pm ever playing again ever!

True and I have just seen there is another freeroll on, it starts 5 mins before the Channel 5 Comp. Hopefully the septics will concentrate on that one and miss ours

you want the yanks playing gives you great chance to build a stack and the chances are they will knock out most of the brits for you so you just need to sit back and collect chips

remember not to get over exicited preflop and only play huge hands on the flop then there isnt a problem
