Must Have Bookmarks

Firefox sometimes changes profiles and you lose the bookmarks, well it creates a "new user" type thing.

There is something you can type in the Start - Run command to swap back but I can't remember what it is   I'll see if I can find out for you.

I'm sure it's been posted on here before too.  It could just be that.

Most likely culprit is Firefox, it wiped mine several times oddly.
I keep a backup now.
Can you not use system restore to retrieve them??

My money is on the misses as the restore point had been set to after the Crash - I think she tried to restart the system via restore and just lost my restore points.
