BLONDE POKER FANTASY LEAGUE FOOTBALL 2006/07

Just to note that I made last week's transfer in a bit of a rush after a late night!   

Quickly noted that Blackburn had two games with clean sheet possibilities and therefore stuck their inspirational captain Lucas Neill into my team. There was something nagging at the back of my mind as I did this but time was short so I went ahead anyway. 

Soon as the deadline passed, of course, all the Neill transfer saga suddenly lit up crystal clear in my mind!  Too late....net result my inspirational transfer scored nil points and to top it all I had made him captain too !!   

At least the auto sub gave me 7pts which was something although don't even mention the 16pt guy that I had also left on the bench!

pc has been out of action this week so couldn't do any transfers. I have 5 players not in action.

Unfortunately, the gameweek was only half-finished Adam, so I got 10 of them back today.

Getting a bit tighter at the top now - could be an interesting run-in.  Will I prove to be Newcastle United after signing Tina Asprilla?  Only time will tell!

Time for a long-overdue update I guess.

Getting tighter at the top - could be a tense finale to the season.

The most notable (and somewhat bizarre) change though is the appearance of two new teams to the league, Toon Barmy and jizzemm.  Anyone want to own up to this?
