I have limited experience of their Support Team but when I mailed them, they were pretty quick, no problems.
IMHO, Full Tilts is superb, effiicient, friendly and speedy.
Ultimate Bet's is complete and utter garbage (i have literally just today closed my account with them it was so bad, two days to answer an email is not acceptable).
Party Poker are quick but, more haste less speed. It helps if they actually read the email before replying, that way the response will be relevant.

Unrelated to poker but it once took a company (US Robotics if you want to know) 6 months to reply to an email sent to their support. When it arrived it was a generic email that totally ignored what I had written. By the time the email arrived I had already got rid of the offending piece of kit, it just convinced me to never give them a second chance (nor let anyone i know/work for try them).

I find UB's customer "support" very frustrating. This is a shame as it was the first site I played on, but I rarely play there now, especially after their inability to respond to basic queries duriing their "Channel 5" promo.
Party's email support are sub par. I just wish they would
read
the email before replying!
PokerStars are top notch.
Will Hill. Not had many dealings with them. A bit slow but generally OK.
PS
The record goes to Pacific poker though. I sent 55 emails before getting a response. This was over a 14 day period

not had much experience with online support and teh like, although i once found UB terrible with dealing with any issues, and i must say Ladbrokes phone support is awesome, very quick and to the point and its a free line too

For what its worth the customer support at ladbrokes, prima and VC are pretty good
Will Hills and Party i've found to be fairly quick to respond but not overly helpful.
The less said about Pacific the better.

Pacific seem to be trying to redress this. They responded to me within 24 hours (not including the generic response) then sent me a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Of course I marked them lower than I really thought, got to keep these guys on their toes

I think the Ladbrokes' customer support is excellent. Everytime I've rung up there has always been someone available and all emails sent have been swiftly replied to. They are friendly, constructive and welcoming of your comments. Every email ends with an open invitation to get back in contact with any further problems.
So, with all the bad experiences people encounter with online poker and their customer service, I'd personally like to give Laddies the big thumbs up and encourage them to keep up the good work.

aye, i second the good support i've experienced from laddies.
Its a truism in consumer markets, that if you sell good products people will buy from you. But if you treat them well when something goes awry, then they will buy from you for life.
Wish more poker sites realised this....

RE: William Hill's customer service I was very disappointed that it took them 21 days take pay out my first withdrawal.
I understand that your first withdrawal can take that bit longer especially sizeable wins (mine was £8500) whilst they do all their security checks but 21 days is a joke. However what annoyed me most was that I was lied to on several occassions re: the status of my withdrawal, with WH customer service favourte line being "you will get your money in just a few days". They infact lost faxed documents that they requested from me and if I hadn't chased them my claim would have not be processed at all.
21 days is bad enough, to lie to a customer, unforgiveable.

Betfair's is shockingly bad, i never did get that reply...................
pacific i always found rather good, but the fact that you have to complain about disconnection on a daily basis makes them overall a NO NO.
No trouble elsewhere,
Ian

Party. Yuck! Useless customer support, scritp answers, no help. Spoke to them lots of times about a problem, didn't know answers, didn't care.

Betfair is the worse poker room full stop, followed very
closely by william hill !
Both have diabolical customer service, both share the diabolical crypto software and both are best avoided at all costs, untill they actually start treating the players as customers and not just scumbags....Avoid at all costs.
Hi everyone...feel beter for that.

Hi Blackbeard, and a big welcome to blonde, we hope you become one of our regular posters.
An interesting first post. I don't like Asda's service, so I shop at Sainsbury's.
What site or sites are you using now?

I don't like Asda's service, but I still shop there because I like to smack myself on the arse and listen to my change rattle
