They seemed to be applauding someone...
I thought Harrington had been eliminated or something, but it's just some random old guy. I think they're clapping him for being old. Boy, tikay would get a standing ovation from every cardroom in America.

You may recognise this guy (well, if you could hear his voice you would) - Ade Bayo, oftentimes to be found chatting it up at the tables at Gutshot, who qualified for the Main Event and has drawn a seat at a table which is notably quieter than he. And that's Americans, mind you. He looked very happy, and was waving around a silver business-card case which I am reliably informed by Barry Martin contains cards he hands out when he knocks people out: "Congratulations, you've been Ade'd!" I will be astounded if he can keep that up for ten straight days...

I know fielding requests in a field this big is a bit harder then when you are updating a 4 table tournament at Southampton...
But I would be most grateful if you could find out how Garry Bush and Tony Bloom are doing before I go to bed in about 10 minutes..
*pretty please*

I once kept moving all in on his BB every round for a laugh and he finally called giving me one of those cards in advance. I ended up outdrawing him but kept the card anyway cos I thought it was pretty funny. Bet he pisses off a few Yanks....

Joh Hewston is finding life hard:
First his set of jacks was out-turned by an open ended straight draw.
Then his pocket Kings were outflopped by A-Q, Ace first card.

This guy is Ralph Rudd, pointed out to me by his rather excited railer -- "He is going to be Someone in the poker world Very Soon...." Well, blonde will keep an eye on him for you, sir.
