I just read Snoopy's "tired of being tired" story.
I sympathise. I got home last Monday and each day since have felt the urge to sleep between 4pm - 7pm. Then I sleep normally through the night apart from waking up around 6am "full of beans".
Yesterday, Friday, was the first day I haven't napped in the day. I hope I've broken the cycle, it is a horrible thing.

Just stay up till the time you normally go to bed, then go to bed. Wake up the next day a little tired but you are on the right time, go to bed again at the correct time and the next day you are perfect.

I've never really suffered jet lag like this before. I've been to a fair few time zones too.
I must be getting old.

Yep, that's exactly what happened to me. Having trouble eating too, only seem to be able to manage one meal a day. I'm going to get through a film though if it kills me!

Take comfort in the money you extracted from me at Orleans. Trust me, I lost it back to the cash game soon enough! I'm a fish!
