I was chatting to a card room manager yesterday about dealing the dealers choice cash game after the tourneys. I've been dealing the NLHE comp for a few weeks now but the extra cash would certainly help pay a few bills while the shirt sales gradually imcrease. What games would I need to be able to deal and what are the peculiarities / customs specific to cash game dealing

I always forget. I know that Pineapple is the opposite. From what I recall, you discard a card AFTER the flop in Irish.

Super stud
Seven card stud high low. You get dealt 5 cards and discard 2.

Padooki,
I hate this game with a passion. Dealt 4 cards. Aim is to get padooki. I believe A234 off suit is nuts. Padooki always have to be offsuit, unless you're playing a wild card. I think there are 3 betting rounds. Not 100 percent tho.
