It doesn't sound good that he has it on a recording but if it wasn't for that, I wonder how far people are prepared to take these things.  I could get in a drunken mess one day in a conversation and promise someone half my winnings in the WSOP.  Am I likely to get sued for it?  If someone is sneeky and records it, I could be in trouble.

Obviously I'm not accusing Mr Gold of being drunk - just a devious git that wanted to play in the WSOP for free (joking, only joking).   I obviously don't know the whole story.

I do feel a bit sorry for him though.  Money attracts hangers on and it seems all too easy to sue people if they have a lot of cash.

now there an idea i i can get 20 people bying 50% of me at £10 a pop (have to make it a bargin) for the bB3 then i have got my beer money sorted. any takers?
