Play premium hands be patient sometimes you only play 5/6 hands in hour and dont drink alchohol

early blinds only play AQ + if you know what i mean, get rid of any pair below TT in early pos and wait for hands early on this is the key.

if you dont get any hands in the first 3 levels then you can start stealing and/or making moves when you have around less than 10 x BB.
