This is the kind of shit that makes me really wonder if there is something going on with online poker.

I mean this guy pops 11k back at me with 82 offsuit and flopps a boat

I know this is a bad beat post but i had to show everyone what happened.

This is the most DISGUSTING play ive ever seen live or online , i am furious right now

What is there to say about this hand ? ? ?

It's not the worst play, especially if you've been raising a lot and he knows you can laydown a hand.

He raises from late pos on a steal and you repop him from the BB , he figures you are just defending your bb and pushes in hoping for a fold. I've done a lot worse.

It really is not that bad a play. He button raises, and gets reraised by you from the BB . He assumes that you assume he is stealing and will reraise here with a wide range of holdings . You say you are commited to the hand but you can fold here chipstackwise. When he puts in the third raise he is announcing a big hand . You say yourself you are a tight player, ask yourself what your calling range is here ? Do you call with AJ ? tens good enough after a 3 bet? I know players who would fold JJ and AQ down to the sort of strength he shows preflop here.  The fact he tables 82 is absolutley irrelevant he is not playing for a call. I would imagine against a tight player this play will get through enough times to make it profitable and there is always the possibility of the outdraw. Anyhow you should be chuffed with a call from 82 when holding KK.......
