Richard Herbert is doing just fine here!  He just knocked out Brian Medley in 8th place, for £2,800 - he raised in the small blind, and probably wasn't thrilled to be re-raised by Brian.  However, he called the shorter stack with his Q 10, Brian held 55, but the Ten paired and we're down another player...

It's all happening so fast here - turn your back and Paul King goes out in 7th, winning £3,200

He moved in his last 16k from the big blind with , and got two callers (at least one too many....).  They checked it down, and him out - one of them spiked a King and he came over to do his exit interview with Rhowena...

Interesting one for Tikay - three limpers on his big blind, which he counts as five, and checks.
Flop:   Mick Fletcher Tikay checks, Reyaaz Mulla bets an appropriate looking 6,000, call from button Richard Herbert, and Tikay.
Turn:  .  Check round.
River:  .  Tikay bets 16,000, and both players dwell before folding.
"Show us the quads!" says Richard - Tikay shows the ...... and then finally the .

Double up for Reyaaz Mulla - he got himself in a pretty favourable situation with all in preflop against Richard Herbert's - the board changed nothing and now Richard is a little shorter than he's been accustomed to being recently...

And John Huckle takes a raise from Mick (13,500) by pushing in on the big blind for his full 69,000...looks like the only way to get the chip leader off, and not many have wanted to tangle with him on this final.

The final Five take five...

A couple of brief hands from the level 3k/6k:

Huckle does the blinds all-in re-raise again, this time on button raiser Mulla - it's passed and he shows ...

Iqbal Patel raises preflop to 19k, call from Mick in the big blind.  Flop:  .  Check-check, and Mick takes it on the turn, although he's told "I'm ahead!" and shown three diamonds for good measure...

This Iqbal fellow does seem to like the all-in move - when it folded to him on the button he put his whole 140k in, which effectively took the blinds.  He also re-raised Tikay off pocket Sevens with AQ and the same move.

tikay doubles up in bizarre cicumstances!

tikay makes up with blinds and Iqbal cheques.

With just 9k in the pot, tikay then moves all-in for 44,500 on a flop.

Iqbal thinks about it, then nudges his chips forward in an effort to lure out a tell.

He then follows through and shoves them over the line, revealing the rather lightweight hand of

tikay reveals Two Clubs and hits the on the River.

Second in chips or not, Iqbal isn't half fond of moving in...he just did it again over the top of Mick's raise on the button.  A countdown was requested; it proved pricey.  Pass.  Whoever tangles with Mr. Patel will find themselves on one side of a big pot - he can double any player up, or take them out - except Mick (obviously)...

Huge action, few chips changing hands....here's how:

Mick raises (again), and Tikay moved in.  So did Iqbal - pretty fast.  Mick passed his , and Tikay muttered, "I'm worried about the stray Aces..." flipping KK.
Iqbal flipped Kings too.  They both made Nines full.  Chop chop.  But the adrenaline has probably perked them up a bit.
