I would have joined you poppet, but I am at a serious disadvantage tonight. I agreed to copy a bunch of country music albums for a family member. I actually found myself singing along to Dolly Parton earlier. I quickly realised I was a sad weirdo. I really hate country music, but I need some kind of music to help me relax even if it is p..h. One more album to go and it is the worst of all, Reba McIntyre.....ahhhh pain, so much pain to my ears

Sark, I'm totally opposite to you,regarding Country music. I used to hate the sickly durge that assulted our ears all the way from Nashville. But now im strangly attracted to it and seem hum it all night long. Just remember........Stand by your man etc.......see i'm off again  |

 I am sure all of it isn't bad, I was just grouping it all together Since a Kid I have been surrounded by people that love Christian country music. I hate it . There is a Scottish singer called Sydney Devine who has inflicted audible torture to my ears for many years and if I ever become a leading politician, I will ban his music. There is another song by Patsy Cline( I think? ) about an old ragged cross on a hill. It is bloody awful . I have heard that song about 3000 times and I think it was written as a form of punishment for somekind of bad deed I carried out in a previous life. I hate that song, it is crap |
