This is my 1st post in analysis thread and im not sure if i could of lost less/got away from hand. I been running really well but just lost a $100 pot to (50p in tin)

I don't seee a single move here the other option wouldn't be poor. I think this hand played itself.

I thought after that maybe i could of played it softer and flat called the turn bet and hope to get paid on the river if a blank comes? and the  two spades would of been a perfect card for me to get away from the hand

no..if you have the nuts but there are draws out there you don't give your oppo free cards..you made him pay and he choose to do so.
